Fixyt Workspace Manager ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Fixyt Chrome Extension and the landing page website. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

To provide, maintain, and secure our workspace synchronization services, we collect the following user data:
- Account Information: When you register or sign in via Google OAuth, we collect your email address, profile picture, and display name to create your account and verify your subscription status.
- Saved Workspace Data: To synchronize your custom layout workspaces across devices, we store the titles, URLs, positions, and groups of tabs that you explicitly save.
- Extension Configuration: We save settings such as UI layouts and custom node relationships.
2. Data Usage and Disclosures
We use your information strictly to support the core features of the extension:
- To synchronize your workspaces securely across your authenticated devices.
- To manage your lifetime Pro membership and billing information.
- We never collect, monitor, or track your general browsing history, search engine queries, or any data outside of the explicit workspaces you choose to save.
- We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
3. Data Security and Hosting
Your workspace data and account sessions are synchronized through secure, SSL/TLS-encrypted connections to
our cloud database hosted via Supabase. Local workspace data is sandboxed securely inside your browser's
private storage (chrome.storage.local).
4. Your Rights and Deletion
You can view, edit, or delete any of your saved workspaces directly from the extension's dashboard interface. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us through our website help desk to purge all associated sync tables and metadata from our servers.
5. Developer Policy Certification
We certify that our practices fully comply with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, specifically covering secure data handling, minimal permission requests, and absolute transparency regarding data usage disclosures.
